本实验运用镇静药理指标探讨了天麻钩藤饮等平肝熄风三方的体内药物动力学过程与参数。结果三方对小鼠自发活动均有一定的抑制作用，并呈显著的量效关系。天麻钩藤饮的最低起效剂量为０３２ｇ／ｋｇ，相当于临床等效剂量的效应消退半衰期为０９４ｈ，效应维持时间为４３７ｈ，体存血药浓度达峰时间为１８１ｈ；镇肝熄风汤相应为０１８ｇ／ｋｇ，０６７ｈ，４３６ｈ，１８２ｈ时；建瓴汤相应为００６ｇ／ｋｇ，０４９ｈ，２１０１ｈ（达峰时间未能测算出）。
In this study, sedative pharmacological parameters were used to explore the in vivo pharmacokinetics and parameters of Tianma Gouteng Yin et al.
