In the past 10 years, the incidence of pulmonary fungal infections has been on the rise. Candida and Aspergillus are the major pathogens. In addition to traditional bronchoscopy, new diagnostic methods include immunological and molecular biological tests. The continuous development of new antifungal agents offers clinicians more treatment.
