《电信科学》第二届编辑委员会第一次会议于1992年11月24～26日在重庆举行。《电信科学》编辑委员会委员、特邀专家、学者和《电信科学》编辑部同志20多人出席了会议。省、市通信学会、重庆通信设备厂的领导出席了会议并讲了话。会议由《电信科学》编辑委员会主任委员梁健同志主持。会上听取了《电信科学》编辑部1991～1992年度的工作、1993年的选题计划的汇报,以及在改革开放的形势下,如何办好刊物的设想。通过认真、热烈地讨论,与会代表充分肯定了《电信科学》所取得的成绩和在我国通信大发展中所起的作
The first meeting of the second Editorial Committee of “Telecommunications Science” was held in Chongqing from November 24 to November 26, 1992. More than 20 members of Editorial Committee, invited experts, scholars and editors of “Telecommunications Science” attended the conference. Leaders of provincial and municipal communications institutes and Chongqing communications equipment factory attended the meeting and made speeches. The meeting was chaired by Liang Jian, chairman of the Editorial Committee of Telecommunications Science. At the meeting, he heard the work of the editorial department of “Telecommunications Science” from 1991 to 1992, the report on the topic selection plan in 1993, and how to do a good job of publications under the situation of reform and opening up. Through serious and enthusiastic discussions, delegates fully affirmed the achievements made by “Telecommunications Science” and the achievements made in the great development of China’s telecommunications industry
