1、编制汉语拼音著者号码表,是采用拼号法,还是查号法。汉语拼音著者号码表的编制方法大致分为拼号法和查号法两种。所谓拼号法就是给予每一个汉语拼音文字以固定的数字或字母,取号时把著者姓名的每个汉字变成相应的数字或字母拼合而成一个号码。所谓查号法是把著者姓名的汉字按拼音字母顺序排列,在每一姓下按其出现率的多少适当地安排号码。拼号法的优点是组号简单、易学、易记、易编、易用。缺点是号码使用率不等。查号法的优点是号码分配比较合理,缺点是取号离不开著者号码表。把两种方法的优缺点用以上三个原则来衡量,采用查号法不能发挥组织著者目录的作用,也不能为读者所掌握和使用。而拼号法在这两个方面能显示其巨大优越性,所以应采用拼号法。
