天麻(Gastrodia elata blume)具有镇静、抗惊厥效应,对实验性癫痫有保护作用,周俊等从天麻中提得天麻素(Gastrodin)并进行人工合成,临床用于治疗神经官能症有一定疗效。本文研究天麻素衍生物(GO2)对大脑功能的影响,以为临床应用提供一些实验资料。
Gastrodia elata blume has sedative and anticonvulsant effects, and has protective effects on experimental epilepsy. Zhou Jun et al. extracted gastrodin from gastrodia and artificially synthesized it. It has a certain clinical effect in the treatment of neurosis. This article studies the effect of gastrodin derivatives (GO2) on brain function in order to provide some experimental data for clinical applications.
