为心肌桥比较解剖学积累资料,并为研究心肌桥选择实验动物提供依据,本文选用成年狗120条,对其心肌桥进行大体解剖测量和显微结果观察。结果如下:心肌桥出现率60.8%;心肌桥多位于左冠状动脉前室间支,占肌桥数的73.3%;心肌桥宽7.6±5.1mm;厚0.4±0.2mm;肌桥与冠状动脉夹角85.4±24.5°;肌桥细胞纤维排列紧密、较直、无分支。结果提示:狗心肌桥出现率、部位等与人相似,可做为研究心肌桥的实验动物。
In order to provide a basis for the study of the selection of experimental animals in myocardial bridge, 120 adult dogs were selected for their anatomical measurements and microscopic observations. The results were as follows: the incidence of myocardial bridge 60.8%; myocardial bridge located in the left anterior descending coronary artery, accounting for 73.3% of the number of myocardial bridge; myocardial bridge width 7.6 ± 5.1mm; thickness 0.4 ± 0.2mm; muscle bridge and coronary artery angle 85.4 ± 24.5 °; muscle bridge fiber arranged in close, more straight, no branch. The results suggest: dog myocardial bridge incidence, location and other similar, can be used as a study of myocardial bridge experimental animals.
