目的建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定猪肾中镉含量。方法采用湿式消解-预处理方法消解样品,应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定镉。结果线性范围为0.00~5.00ug/L,相关系数r=0.9 997,检出限为0.15μg/L,回收率为92.0%~93.6%,相对标准偏差为3.56%。结论石墨炉原子吸收光谱法用于测定猪肾中镉具有相关性好、检出限低、准确度高、精密度高等优点,结果满意。
Objective To establish a graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of cadmium in porcine kidney. Methods The samples were digested by wet digestion and pretreatment, and the determination of cadmium by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The linear range was 0.00-5.50ug / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9997, the detection limit was 0.15μg / L, the recovery was 92.0% -93.6% and the relative standard deviation was 3.56%. Conclusion Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry has the advantages of good correlation, low detection limit, high accuracy and high precision for the determination of cadmium in porcine kidney. The results are satisfactory.
