目前目内轴碗生产工艺是:铜板(δ2.3条料)—下料(φ37.5)—软化退火—拉伸—冲孔—车内径及滚道—车端面及圆弧R—研磨滚道—热处理—抛光滚道(▽6)—表面处理。我厂的复合冷成形工艺是:钢板(δ2.5条料)—下料(φ36.5)—复合冷成形—热处理—表面处理。复合冷成形工艺与原工艺相比,轴碗生产工序由11道减少为5道,生产周期缩短4/5,成形生产率提高10倍,占用设备减少5台,工装模具减少5套,材料利用率提高5.4%,取消软化退火,节约了大量能源。新结构的复合冷成形模具经大批量生产
