由于旅游管理学科的应用性,实践教学已成为旅游本科专业教学体系中的重要组成部分。然而,目前大多本科院校旅游管理专业由于诸多原因导致实践教学形同虚设,学生动手能力极差,难以适应当今社会人才需求的发展。论文针对应用型本科院校中旅游管理专业实践教学存在的问题,提出“三个建设一个目标”的发展模式,即以培养“通识为体,专业为用”的复合型旅游人才为专业培养目标、优化实践教学体系建设、加强实践基地建设和完善实践教学师资建设。
Due to the applicability of tourism management disciplines, practical teaching has become an important part of tourism undergraduate professional teaching system. However, at present, most of the tourism management majors in undergraduate colleges lead to the fact teaching being useless because of many reasons. The students’ ability to practice is very poor and it is difficult to adapt to the development of the demand of talented people in today’s society. In view of the problems existing in practical teaching of tourism management major in applied undergraduate colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the development mode of “three goals for one building”, that is, to cultivate the compound tourism of “common sense and professional use” Talents for professional training objectives, optimize the construction of practical teaching system, strengthen the construction of practical base and improve the construction of practical teaching teachers.
