本研究旨在确定常规正畸操作中,正畸记号笔是否会沾染细菌并在患者间传播。 实验一:在大豆胰酶解酪蛋白液体培养基上将9种细菌(草绿色链球菌、类链球菌、轻型链球菌、血链球菌、突变链球菌血清型C、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、粪便肠杆菌、普通变形杆菌)增殖至对数期。正畸记号笔用环氧乙烷气体消毒后,将其浸没到除突变链球菌以外的其它各种100μl培养物的标准深度。无污染切取笔尖,经振荡收集细菌,36.5℃孵化24h。经成10倍的连续稀释来进行细菌计数,并平皿接种在大豆胰酶解酪蛋白琼脂上。实验二:测试常规消毒法是否能有效清除记号笔尖的污染。将笔尖浸入轻型链球菌或血
The aim of this study was to determine if orthodontic pens could contaminate bacteria and spread from patient to patient during routine orthodontic procedures. Experiment 1: Nine kinds of bacteria (Streptococcus viridans, Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus sanguis, Streptococcus mutans serotype C, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli , Enterobacter faecalis, Proteus vulgaris) to logarithmic phase. After the orthodontic marker was sterilized with ethylene oxide gas, it was submerged to the standard depth of various other 100 μl cultures except S. mutans. Pollution-free nibs collected by shaking bacteria, 36.5 ℃ incubation 24h. Bacterial counts were performed by 10-fold serial dilutions and plated on soy trypticase agar. Experiment 2: Test the conventional disinfection method can effectively remove the mark pen tip pollution. Dip the pen tip into streptococcus or blood
