在航空和航天工业中,有机玻璃是一种重要的透明材料。虽然属于受力不大的构件,但同样要求具备一定的承受静载和动载的能力,而且近年在使用中常有破裂的事故发生。所以无论作为材料研究,或者事故分析,希望通过断口形貌观察——即断口分析,对其断裂过程和断裂原因找出准确的答案。所谓断口形貌显示,实际上是通过一定的方法使断裂过程中留下的种种浮雕细节能够被显示成像,便于观察研究。由于有机玻璃是一种高度透明物质,故成像显示断面特征时须采用各种提高物像对比度的方法。
In the aerospace industry, plexiglass is an important, transparent material. Although it belongs to the less stressed components, it also requires certain ability to withstand static and dynamic load, and in recent years, the use of frequently broken accidents. Therefore, no matter as a material research or accident analysis, we hope to find out the exact answer to the fracture process and the reason of fracture through the observation of the fracture morphology - fracture analysis. The so-called fracture surface shows that in fact by a certain method so that the rupture process left a variety of relief details can be displayed imaging, easy to observe. As the plexiglass is a highly transparent material, it is necessary to adopt various methods to enhance the contrast of the image when the image shows the cross-sectional features.
