本文叙述了高铬铸铁的组织,并从它的组织特点来说明它具有很高抗磨性能、较好的韧性以及退火后可进行切削加工的原因。本文论述了热处理在保证高铬铸铁的组织和性能申的作用,讨论了化学成分对组织性能的影响。本文还扼要介绍了高铬铸铁熔化、铸造和热处理的工艺。最后介绍高铬铸铁平盘磨衬板的试制及实际运行效果,以及说明高铬铸铁用在一些严重磨损的关键另件上所具有的经济意义。
This article describes the high chromium cast iron organization, and from its organizational characteristics to illustrate it with high wear resistance, good toughness and can be machined after annealing reasons. This paper discusses the effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of high chromium cast iron, and discusses the effect of chemical composition on the microstructure and properties. This article also outlines the process of melting, casting and heat treating high chromium cast iron. Finally, the trial production and actual operation of high chrome cast iron flat disc mill lining and the economical significance of high chrome cast iron used on some key parts with severe wear are introduced.
