为提高 Mo-Al_2O_3金属陶瓷热电偶保护管在熔盐中的使用寿命,在实验室采用坩埚法,模拟现场实际使用情况,探讨了Mo-Al_2O_3在NaCl熔盐中的腐蚀行为,结果表明,Mo-Al_2O_3金属陶瓷在纯NaCl熔盐中,主要是电化学蚀损,并随Mo含量的增加而加快,Al_2O_3则与此相反;在添加硼砂的熔盐中,除金属相蚀损外,陶瓷相也严重蚀损。如在Mo-Al_2O_3中添加Cr_2O_3则可提高金属陶瓷在含硼砂的NaCl介质中的抗蚀能力,本工作为保护管的研制及其在现场的合理使用提供了依据。
In order to improve the service life of Mo-Al_2O_3 cermet thermocouple protection tube in molten salt, the crucible method was used in the laboratory to simulate the actual use of Mo-Al_2O_3 in NaCl molten salt. The results show that Mo -Al 2 O 3 cermet is mainly electrochemical corrosion in pure molten salt of NaCl, and it accelerates with the increase of Mo content, whereas Al 2 O 3 is the opposite. In the molten salt added with borax, in addition to the loss of metal phase, Also serious erosion. For example, adding Cr_2O_3 to Mo-Al_2O_3 can improve the corrosion resistance of cermet in NaCl solution containing borax. This work provides the basis for the development of protection tube and its rational use in the field.
