中国人民银行最近在广东省虎门市召开全国人事工作会议。这是人民银行专门行使中央银行职能以来的第一次人事工作会议。这次会议着重总结几年来的人事工作,交流经验,研究制定人事管理方面的制度、办法,安排今后一个时期人事工作任务,从而进一步贯彻落实党的十一届三中全会以来的干部路线、方针和政策。中国人民银行副行长白文庆在会上讲了话,他强调:切实加强人民银行各级领导班子建设,进一步提高职工队伍素质。
The People’s Bank of China recently held a national personnel conference in Humen, Guangdong Province. This is the first personnel meeting of the People’s Bank since the special central bank’s exercise of its functions. This meeting focused on summarizing the personnel work for the past few years, exchanging experiences, studying and formulating systems and methods for personnel management and arranging for personnel tasks in the coming period so as to further implement the party’s cadres line since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Party Congress And policy. Bai Wenqing, deputy governor of the People’s Bank of China, made a speech at the meeting. He emphasized: To earnestly strengthen the building of the leading bodies at all levels of the PBC and further improve the quality of the workforce.
