目的:掌握海东市无偿献血人群分布情况,以便为今后开展献血志愿者招募工作提供科学依据。方法:抽取2008年—2012年12月登记的18岁～60岁献血员资料,从年龄、性别和文化程度等方面进行比对分析。结果:2008年1月—2012年12月无偿献血人数年平均增长率为13.3%。男性比例高于女性,年龄段人口(25～34)岁、(35～44)岁占主导地位。献血人群文化程度在中学/中专文化人群所占比例最大为58.8%,其次是大专和本科人群。多次献血者所占比例较高,而年均增长率也是多次献血者显著高于初次献血者。结论:5年来海东市无偿献血人群数量增长显著,结构已逐渐趋于合理,多次献血人群比例较高,今后还需加强对青年人群的宣传、动员工作。
Objective: To grasp the distribution of unpaid blood donors in Haidong City in order to provide a scientific basis for the future recruitment of blood donation volunteers. Methods: The data of blood donors from 18 years old to 60 years old registered from 2008 to December 2012 were collected and compared by age, gender and educational level. Results: The average annual growth rate of unpaid blood donations from January 2008 to December 2012 was 13.3%. The proportion of males is higher than that of females, with the age group of 25-34 years (35-44 years) predominating. Blood donation culture in middle school / secondary culture accounted for the largest proportion of 58.8%, followed by college and undergraduate groups. Multiple blood donors accounted for a higher proportion, while the average annual growth rate was also significantly higher than the number of first-time donors. Conclusion: The number of unpaid blood donors in Haidong City has increased significantly in recent 5 years. The structure has been gradually rationalized and the proportion of blood donors has been high for many times. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda and mobilization work for young people.
