在分析图书馆信息资源总体服务效益影响因素的基础上,利用模糊数学对不确定性问题的有效处理方法及层次分析法定性与定量相结合的科学决策思想,构建图书馆信息资源服务效益的多层次模糊综合评价体系,探讨通过对服务质量和服务效益的评价来反馈和调节信息资源建设质量的新途径,并通过实例展示该评价体系较强的科学性和实用性。
Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the overall service benefit of library information resources, this paper makes use of fuzzy mathematics to deal with the problem of uncertainty and the science decision-making idea of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis of AHP Level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system to explore new ways to feedback and adjust the quality of information resources construction through the evaluation of service quality and service efficiency and demonstrate the strong scientific and practical evaluation system through examples.
