教育是经济振兴的基础,教育必须为经济建设服务。因此,教育必须与经济紧密结合,才能更有成效地落实科教兴国的战略。特别是市场经济条件下企业的职工教育,直接为本企业培养人才,担负着提高职工整体素质的职能。更应该与企业的生产、经营、科技进步紧密结合,建立起与市场经济紧密结合
Education is the basis of economic revitalization. Education must serve economic construction. Therefore, education must be closely integrated with the economy in order to more effectively implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education. Especially under the conditions of a market economy, workers’ education in enterprises directly cultivates talents for their own businesses and shoulders the function of improving the overall quality of employees. It should be closely integrated with the production, operation and scientific and technological progress of enterprises to establish a close combination with the market economy
