《黑龙江档案》杂志是由黑龙江省档案局(馆)、黑龙江省档案学会主办的双月期刊,是集业务建设、学术研讨、工作指导于一体的专业性期刊。如何在众多的期刊中找准方位,寻求自身价值,切实办出特色,不但服务于特定的读者群,而且具有广泛的社会性和较强的辐射力,这既是期刊得以生存的客观条件,也是我们刻意追求的目标。回顾几年来的办刊实践,我们主要在以下几个方面有一些深切的体会。
Heilongjiang Archives is a bi-monthly journal sponsored by the Archives Bureau of Heilongjiang Province and the Archives Association of Heilongjiang Province.
