《电子世界》1999年第9期发表了黎旺星先生的《一盆冷水——小议当前电视机的质量》一文,笔者反复读了好几遍,对此深有同感。在当今残酷的市场竞争中,企业要想生存和立于不败之地,产品质量是关键,而设计则是产品质量的第一关。设计成功与否直接关系到产品质量的好坏。笔者发现有些彩电存在设计上和生产工艺上的缺陷,以及配套元器件不良等问题,引发种种故障,希望生产厂家予以重视。
Electronic World published the 9th issue of Mr. Li Wangxing’s “A Cold Water - A Discussion on the Quality of the Current TV Set” in 1999, and the author has repeatedly read it many times, which he shares. In today’s cruel market competition, companies want to survive and remain invincible, product quality is the key, and design is the first pass of product quality. The success of the design is directly related to the quality of the product is good or bad. I found that there are some TV design and production process on the defect, as well as supporting the bad components and other issues, triggering a variety of failures, I hope manufacturers should pay attention.
