曾有报导镉对机体的毒性存在性别间的差异,对雄性大鼠的毒性著大于雌性。本文作者用50～55日令的Sprague-Dawley衍生种大鼠作实验动物,观察镉对环已烯巴比妥催眠时间影响的性别差异。
There have been reports of cadmium toxicity on the body there is gender differences in the male rat toxicity than female. The authors used the Sprague-Dawley rats of the order of 50-55 days as experimental animals to observe the gender differences in the effects of cadmium on the hypnosis time of cyclohexene-barbiturate.
