The impact of dietary vitamin C levels on serum cholesterol and atherosclerosis is controversial. Some studies show that high doses of vitamin C can reduce the concentration of plasma cholesterol. Other documents do not consider this effect. This article attempts to observe the feeding of adult male rabbits fed the pelleted rabbit feed containing high cholesterol and the effect of adding high doses of vitamin C to the serum cholesterol and vitamin C concentration in the tissues and blood.
