目的分析克拉玛依市结核病防治工作现状及工作中存在的问题与影响因素,为肺结核预防与控制提供参考。方法对全市4个行政区社区服药管理医务人员、临床医生及疾控中心工作人员进行半结构式小组访谈。结果克拉玛依市定点医院主客观因素对结核病防治工作产生较大影响,肺结核病人的经济条件和个人素质等影响克拉玛依市肺结核病的治疗管理效果,涂阳肺结核病人的管理是防治工作中的关键问题之一。结论应充分发挥定点医院和社区卫生服务中心医务人员在结核病防治中的重要作用,改善就医环境和减少医院内感染机会,保障相关政策的有效落实,提高克拉玛依市结核病防治效果。
Objective To analyze the current situation of tuberculosis prevention and control in Karamay City and its existing problems and influencing factors in order to provide reference for tuberculosis prevention and control. METHODS: Semi-structured group interviews were conducted among community medical staff, clinicians and CDC staff in 4 administrative districts in the city. Results The subjective and objective factors in Karamay designated hospitals had a great impact on tuberculosis prevention and control. The economic conditions and personal qualities of tuberculosis patients affected the treatment and management of tuberculosis in Karamay City. The management of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients was the key issue in prevention and treatment one. Conclusion It is necessary to give full play to the important role of medical staff in designated hospitals and community health centers in the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis, improve the medical environment and reduce the chance of infection in hospitals, ensure the effective implementation of relevant policies and improve the prevention and control of tuberculosis in Karamay City.
