妇产科学硕士专业学位研究生培养具有专业性强、临床实践技能要求高的特点，其在“双轨合一”培养模式下需要投入大量时间在临床实践，存在科研时间少、科研意识淡薄等问题。本文基于科研能力对研究生的重要性，结合妇产科学硕士专业学位研究生培训现状，分析妇产科学硕士专业学位研究生规范化培训的现存问题，并探讨提高专业学位硕士研究生科研能力的方法，如改革教学方法，合理调整住培时间等。“,”The cultivation of clinical medical graduate students in gynecology and obstetrics has the characteristics of strong specialization and high requirement of clinical practice skills. Under the “dual track” training mode, it needs to invest a lot of time in clinical practice, and there are some problems, such as less time for scientific research and weak awareness of scientific research. Based on the importance of scientific research capacity, combined with the current situation of planning and training for clinical medical graduate students in gynecology and obstetrics, this study presented the current challenges existed in the standardized training of clinical medical graduate students in gynecology and obstetrics, and discussed the potential methods to improve the capacity building of scientific research including optimized training methods and reasonable adjustment of training schedule.
