(一)深翻的时間俗语说“头伏深翻田,賽过水澆园”,这就是说土地耕翻得越早越好。早翻地不仅有较長的时間风化生土,而且能够积蓄更多的雨水和雪水,防止春旱。实踐証明早翻的土地比晚翻的地产量高,如寿張县原洪峯农業社,冬季翻的地,平均亩产大豆415斤,而春翻的平均亩产大豆只260斤。
