以“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”为主旨的大学生志愿者行动与李克强总理提出的“又红又专”工匠精神要求有着天然的契合之处。在“工匠精神”视阈下,高职院校志愿服务实施项目模块化管理,对于培养大学生志愿者“工匠精神”意义重大,有利于解决传统志愿服务带来的散漫化和无目的性,保证志愿服务专业性和连续性,扩大志愿服务的效能,推动志愿服务持续性、长效性发展,全方位多角度提升高校志愿服务工作水平维度。
