粉末涂复是将热固性的粉末涂料涂复在工件表面,然后经过烘烤固化形成光滑平整的硬化涂层,代替底漆和面漆,兼有保护和装饰作用。粉末涂复不用溶剂,无有机溶剂造成的大气污染。粉末可以回收,回收率可达98%以上,无粉尘污染;涂层硬度高、强度好、具有相当好的耐冲击性能和耐腐蚀性能,对金属表面的附着力强。一层粉末涂层能代替几层普通的油漆涂层,减少工序,节约工时,而且加工周期短,成本低,同时也便于组织流水线生产。一、粉末静电喷涂的工艺原理粉末静电喷涂是粉末涂复中应用广泛的一种,它的喷涂原理如图1所示。
