根据文献[1]中介绍的方法,对球面模具冷扩模拟20万千瓦护环残余应力进行了测量,做出了护环残余应力的分布曲线图。证明了附加弯曲引起的残余应力是由于护环强化后回弹时的实际位移与理想位移不一致所引起的。这给进一步探讨护环工艺提供了一个分析的依据。
According to the method described in [1], the residual stress of the 200 MW ring was simulated by cold expansion simulation of the spherical mold, and the distribution curve of the residual stress of the retaining ring was made. It is proved that the residual stress caused by the additional bending is caused by the fact that the actual displacement and the ideal displacement when the retaining ring is rebounding are inconsistent. This provides a basis for further discussion of retaining ring technology.
