深圳深港西部通道深圳湾公路大桥通航孔桥(深圳侧)为独塔单索面钢箱梁斜塔斜拉桥,主跨径为180m,为双向六车道,全桥总宽度为38.6m,桥跨布置为180+90+75m。其中辅墩承台底标高为-5.50m和-5.00m,河床底平均高程为-4.90m,最高潮水位+2.38m,属低桩承台。承台施工采用钢板桩围堰施工,本文就施工的一些关键工序列出,供同行们参考。
The Shenzhen-Hong Kong Western Corridor Shenzhen Bay Highway Bridge Navigable Bridge (Shenzhen side) is a single tower single cable plane steel box girder inclined tower cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 180m and a bidirectional six-lane road with a total width of 38.6m. The bridge span is 180 + 90 + 75m. Among them, the elevation of sub-pier bearing platform is -5.50m and -5.00m, the average elevation of riverbed is -4.90m and the highest tide level is + 2.38m, which is a low pile cap. The construction of cap platform adopts the construction of steel sheet pile cofferdam. This article lists some key procedures of construction for the reference of peers.
