目的探讨64层螺旋CT血管造影在下肢动脉疾病中的应用,为下肢动脉疾病的影像学检查方法的扩展提供可靠的方法。方法收集我院42例下肢动脉疾病就诊患者,采用GE lightspeed VCT;64层螺旋CT和DSA行下肢血管造影。结果 42例患者CTA均清晰完整地显示检查范围内动脉血管影像,图像分辨率较高,能够显示各级主要分支血管。与DSA比较,共发现130段狭窄或闭塞的血管,其中38段轻度狭窄、51段中度狭窄、24段重度狭窄、17段闭塞。与DSA检查无统计学差异。结论多探测器螺旋CT具有无创、省时、扫描速度快、扫描层厚薄、后处理方式多样、对比剂用量少、伪影较少、并发症少等优点。64层螺旋CT下肢血管造影,可作为一种可靠的、快捷的、无创的下肢血管检查方法。
Objective To explore the application of 64-slice spiral CT angiography in arterial disease of the lower extremities and to provide a reliable method for the extension of imaging examination of arterial disease of lower extremity. Methods Forty-two patients with lower extremity arterial disease in our hospital were collected. GE lightspeed VCT, 64-slice spiral CT and DSA were performed. Results All 42 patients had clear and complete CTA images of the arterial vessels in the examination area. The image resolution was high, showing the main branch vessels at all levels. Compared with DSA, a total of 130 stenotic or occluded vessels were found, of which 38 were mild stenosis, 51 were moderate stenosis, 24 were severe stenosis and 17 were occluded. There was no significant difference with DSA examination. Conclusion Multi-detector spiral CT has the advantages of non-invasive, time-saving, fast scanning speed, thin layer thickness, various post-processing methods, less contrast agent, fewer artifacts and less complications. 64-slice spiral CT lower extremity angiography, can be used as a reliable, fast, non-invasive method of lower extremity vascular examination.
