目的了解外科疾病住院费用的影响因素,为建立医疗费用控制机制提供科学依据。方法运用灰色关联分析法对某院2009年子宫平滑肌瘤、老年性白内障、急性阑尾炎、胆石症、腰椎间盘突出、前列腺增生、剖宫产等7种疾病的出院患者住院费用的7种类别进行定量分析。结果各项费用类别指标的关联度从高到低依次为药品费、手术费、材料费、检查费、治疗费、床位费、其他费。结论灰色关联分析法能为系统发展变化的态势提供量化指标.方法可靠,适用于因素间关联度的衡量。
Objective To understand the influencing factors of hospitalization costs of surgical diseases and provide a scientific basis for establishing control mechanism of medical expenses. Methods The gray relational analysis was used to estimate the hospitalization expenses of 7 hospitalized patients with uterine leiomyoma, senile cataract, acute appendicitis, cholelithiasis, lumbar disc herniation, benign prostatic hyperplasia and cesarean section in 2009 in a hospital. Quantitative analysis. Results The relevancy of each item of cost category was drug, surgery, material, examination, treatment, bed, and other fees in descending order. Conclusions Gray relational analysis can provide quantitative indicators for the development of the system.It is reliable and suitable for the measurement of the correlation between factors.
