正确预测钢管无张力减径后的壁厚增量仍是当前生产中控制钢管壁厚的重要课题。长期以来,尽管很多钢管工作者根据各自的试验条件或生产经验,提出过众多的计算公式,但多由于公式过于繁琐而难于在生产中运用。因此国内较长时期以来,仍采用较简单的公式(1)来计算钢管无张力减径过程中的壁厚增量⊿s,这在小口径钢管(d≈100mm)时可以获得较满意的结果。
It is still an important issue to control the wall thickness of the steel pipe in the current production that correctly predict the increase of the wall thickness after the steel pipe without tension reduction. For a long time, although many steel pipe workers put forward many calculation formulas according to their own test conditions or production experience, they often find it difficult to use them in production because the formula is too complicated. Therefore, a relatively simple formula (1) is still used to calculate the increment of wall thickness 无s during tensionless reduction of steel pipe for a long time in our country. This results in satisfactory results for small diameter pipe (d ≈ 100mm) .
