本文研究了不同前组织的06MnVA(?)钢经临界区处理后的组织与性能,并探讨了临界区处理改善06MnVA(?)钢的可能性。组织观察表明,前组织为(P+F)时经临界区淬火得到块状双相组织。前组织为M时经临界区淬火得到针状双相组织,后者被认为是碳氮化合物钉扎造成的。性能测试表明,针状双相组织的强度和低温屻性均高于块状者。本文还研究了双相组织经高温回火后组织和性能得到改善的可能。
In this paper, we studied the microstructure and properties of 06MnVA (?) Steel treated by the critical zone and discussed the possibility of treating 06MnVA (?) Steel in the critical zone. Tissue observation showed that the former tissue (P + F) by quenching the critical region to get massive duplex structure. A precordial tissue was quenched by the critical zone at M to obtain acicular biphasic tissue, which is believed to be caused by carbonitride pinning. Performance tests show that acicular duplex structure of the strength and low temperature 屻 sex were higher than lumps. In this paper, the possibility of improving the microstructure and properties of dual-phase structure after tempering at high temperature has also been studied.
