[目的]了解山东省健康人群流行性脑膜炎(流脑)流行期脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌(Nm)带菌情况及菌株药物敏感性,为制定防治措施提供参考。[方法]2005年2~4月,在山东省分层整群抽取5个县(市、区)不同年龄健康人群进行咽部带菌调查,对分离的Nm菌株进行药物敏感性测定。[结果]检测1 434人,检出Nm带菌者33人,带菌率为2.30%。带菌率,0岁、1~2岁、3~4岁、5~9岁、10~14岁、15~24岁、25~34岁、35~44岁和45岁以上各组分别为0.60%~5.46%(P<0.05);男性为3.53%,女性为1.10%(P<0.01);郯城县、高密市、济南市历下区、嘉祥县和临邑县为0.73%~3.73%(P>0.05)。分离的33株Nm菌株中,A群13株,B群7株,C群6株,I群3株,W135群2株,Y群1株,X群1株。20株A、B、C群Nm菌株对环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、复方新诺明均有不同程度的耐药。[结论]山东省各个年龄组的健康人群均检出Nm带菌者,检出的菌株以A群为主,已发现耐药菌株。
[Objective] To understand the carrier status of Neisseria meningitides (Nm) and the drug susceptibility of strains in the epidemic meningitis (meningitis) of Shandong Province during the epidemic period, and provide a reference for the development of control measures. [Methods] From February to April 2005, stratified cluster analysis was conducted in five counties (cities and districts) in Shandong Province to investigate the pharyngeal carriage of pharynx in different age groups. The drug susceptibility of the isolated strains of Nm was tested. [Results] A total of 1 434 individuals were detected. 33 carriers of Nm were detected and the carrier rate was 2.30%. The incidences of infection were 0%, 0%, 1 ~ 2, 3 ~ 4, 5 ~ 9, 10 ~ 14, 15 ~ 24, 25 ~ 34, 35 ~ 44, ~ 5.46% (P <0.05); male was 3.53% and female was 1.10% (P <0.01) > 0.05). Of the 33 Nm isolates isolated, 13 were in group A, 7 in group B, 6 in group C, 3 in group I, 2 in group W135, 1 in group Y and 1 in group X. 20 strains of A, B, C groups of Nm strains of ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, cotrimoxazole have different levels of resistance. [Conclusion] Nm carriers were detected in healthy population of all age groups in Shandong Province. The group A was the predominant strain, and the resistant strains were found.
