阜新市人社局认真贯彻辽宁省人社厅发布的《关于在全省开展省级技能大师工作站建设工作的通知》(辽人社[2012]158号)精神,围绕市十大产业,依托企业推动技能大师工作站建设。目前,已建成省级技能大师工作站5家,每家获得省财政建站补助10万元;市级技能大师工作站15家,每家获得市财政建站补助5万元。技能大师工作站建设的开展,极大地调动了企业培养技能人才的积极性,激发了技能人才爱岗位、比本领、学技能的热情。三年来,辽宁省、市技能大师工作站累计培养高技能人才260
