进行实验室基础研究与对过程进行初步设计的基础上,根据传质传热的原理建立了磷矿石在反射炉内碳热还原过程的数学模型。通过模型计算对强化反射炉内的传热、增加出口炉气中P_2O_5浓度的途径进行了初步的探讨,从理论上论证了在反射炉中实现磷矿石熔态还原直接制取P_2O_5的可行性。
Based on the basic laboratory research and the preliminary design of the process, a mathematical model of the carbothermal reduction of phosphate rock in the reverberatory furnace was established based on the principle of mass transfer and heat transfer. Through the calculation of the model, the ways of enhancing the heat transfer in the furnace and increasing the concentration of P2O5 in the exit furnace gas are discussed. The feasibility of achieving the P2O5 directly from the molten iron reduction in the reactor is demonstrated theoretically .
