七十年代初出现的无钟炉顶设备是高炉炉顶结构的创新。在大、中型高炉上采用无钟炉顶,有利于炉顶高压操作,并能满足灵活调节炉料布料的需要,具有明显的经济效益。为了充分发挥无钟炉顶的优越性,有必要对它的结构(如图1)作深入研究。实践表明:中心喉管尺寸对于炉喉布料有很大影响,因为中心喉管尺寸确定得正确与否,对能否保证料流顺利通过及漏下后的料堆形状均匀程度有重大影响,其孔口截面太大,会使料流在中心喉管内的填充率太低,造成料堆剖面形状的不匀称;如孔口截面太小,则会因下料不畅而延长卸料时间,甚至出现卡塞现象。所以应在科学分析
