目的了解我院放射工作人员所受电离辐射水平和防护措施效果。方法通过对我院2003年~2012年放射工作人员的个人剂量监测、分析,比较不同工种放射性工作人员所受电离辐射水平差异。结果人均年剂量当量为0.56 mSv/a,从2003到2010年有逐年下降的趋势,2011、2012两年间放射工作人员的人均年剂量当量升高。在各个工种中,核医学人员的人均年有效剂量当量最高,为1.56 mSv/a,其次为介入治疗人员1.39 mSv/a,最低的为放射诊断人员0.26 mSv/a。结论我院放射工作人员的年剂量当量处于较低水平,核医学科和介入治疗应作为放射防护的重点。
Objective To understand the level of ionizing radiation received by radiation workers and the protective measures in our hospital. Methods Through the monitoring and analysis of personal dosimeters of radiation workers in our hospital from 2003 to 2012, the differences of ionizing radiation level among radiographers of different types were compared. Results The annual equivalent dose per capita was 0.56 mSv / a, which showed a declining trend from 2003 to 2010, and the annual per capita equivalent dose of radiation workers increased during the two-year period of 2011 and 2012. Among all trades, nuclear medicine personnel had the highest annual equivalent effective dose equivalent per capita of 1.56 mSv / a, followed by intervention personnel of 1.39 mSv / a and radiation medical staff of the lowest 0.26 mSv / a. Conclusion The annual dose equivalent of radiation workers in our hospital is at a low level. Nuclear medicine department and interventional therapy should be the focus of radiation protection.
