鉴于氯化钴能引致多血症,早在1930年Waltner氏即用以治疗贫血,但自1949年后方有人用以治疗再生障碍性贫血,如Berk等氏治疗五例均未获效;Thomas氏治疗一例,血象完全缓解;Seaman氏等用以治疗五例单纯红细胞增生不良,二例血象及骨髓象均恢复正常,三例无效。我所自1957年开始应用氯化钴治疗再生障碍性贫血,获得一定疗效,今总结如下。材料与方法本所自1957年10月至1961年11月的4年中,用氯化钴治疗(用药在1月以上)再生障碍性贫血患者64例,其中男性5冽,女性九例;病程最短者1
Given that cobalt chloride can cause hyperlipidemia, Waltner’s treatment of anemia was used as early as 1930, but it has been used to treat aplastic anemia since 1949, as in the case of Berk et al.
