台湾自上世纪80年代信息电子产业兴起后,一直在探索新的产业升级与转型方向,尤其是近8年来,先后提出了“两兆双星”产业与“六大新兴产业”等目标,虽然发挥了延续产业发展动力的作用,但真正能够替代信息电子产业的新产业支柱至今尚待确立。当前全球产业发展在金融危机后出现了新特点,台湾产业升级出现了难得的良好机遇,而在制造业占台湾经济的比重日益退缩的趋势下,未来的支柱产业必将跨越工业与服务业两大领域,并带有更深的服务业特性。
Since the rise of the information electronics industry in the 1980s, Taiwan has been exploring new directions for industrial upgrading and transformation. In particular, in the recent eight years, Taiwan has proposed “two trillion dual-star” industries and “six emerging industries”. The goal, although playing a role in sustaining the momentum of industrial development, remains to be established for the new industries that can truly replace the information electronics industry. At present, the global industrial development has emerged new features after the financial crisis. Taiwan’s industrial upgrading has shown a rare good opportunity. In the trend of a gradual decline in the proportion of manufacturing industry in Taiwan’s economy, the future pillar industries will certainly cross the industrial and service industries Large areas with deeper service features.
