The main cause of postoperative complications of aneurysms is obstruction of the anterior arterial artery or branch arteries behind the tumor. Intraoperative microvascular Doppler ultrasound can timely evaluate the blood flow and guide the clamping site of the tumor. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and reliability of microvascular Doppler ultrasound in judging hemodynamic changes during aneurysm surgery. The authors performed a surgical treatment of 35 patients (22 to 80 years old, average 55 years old) with aneurysms. A new Doppler microvascular probe with a diameter of 1 mm to 1.5 mm and a frequency of 20 MHz was placed directly on the blood vessels. On each segment, the cerebral artery blood flow spectrum was obtained. Detection angle of 45 degrees
