不典型增生是胆囊癌的癌前病变,它与早期及进展期胆囊癌诊断时年龄之间的差异可确定其演变所需的大约时间。本研究目的为通过比较诊断时阶段特异的平均年龄,估计从癌前病变转变至胆囊癌所需的时间。
Dysplasia is a precancerous lesion of gallbladder cancer. The difference between the age of diagnosis and the age of early and advanced gallbladder cancer can determine the approximate time required for its evolution. The purpose of this study was to estimate the time needed to switch from precancerous lesions to gallbladder cancer by comparing the age-specific ages at the time of diagnosis.
