患者,女性,28岁。右颜面畸形25年,右胸壁肿块伴右上肢瘫5月。检查:右上胸壁可见巨大肿块,上至肩部下平乳头,外侧至腋后线,内侧近正中线,约20×20cm,质硬,边界尚清,右侧呼吸动度减弱,左侧增强。CT表现:平扫右颈部、腋窝、锁骨上窝及右胸前壁见一巨大占位性病变,位于胸壁皮下,最大断面为18×15cm,局部肋骨挤压变形,右侧胸廓塌陷,肿瘤经肋间隙长入右后上纵隔,肿块内密度不均匀,部分偏低密度
