目的了解北京市海淀区某企业职工职业卫生知识认知情况与需求,以提高职工职业健康意识和职业卫生服务质量。方法采用普查的方式对该企业一线生产工人进行调查,发放统一设计的《企业职工职业卫生知识和需求调查问卷》。结果共调查230名职工,知道《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》的仅占41.8%,对职业病概念的知晓率为39.6%,职业病预防措施的知晓率为33.0%,在年龄、文化程度方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05);其中希望了解职业病防治法规条例的占99.6%。结论该企业职工对职业卫生服务的需求较高,应加强职业卫生基本知识培训,特别应注重文化程度低、年龄偏低员工的培训。
Objective To understand the cognition and needs of workers’ occupational health knowledge in a certain enterprise in Haidian District, Beijing, so as to raise awareness of occupational health and quality of occupational health services. Methods The census method was used to investigate the first-line workers in this enterprise, and the “Questionnaire on Occupational Health Knowledge and Needs of Enterprises and Workers” was issued with a unified design. Results A total of 230 workers were surveyed, only 41.8% of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases”, 39.6% of them were aware of the concept of occupational diseases, and 33.0% of them were aware of occupational disease prevention measures. Their awareness of age and education level was significant (P <0.05), of which 99.6% wanted to understand the laws and regulations on prevention and treatment of occupational diseases. Conclusion The employees of this enterprise have higher demand for occupational health services. Basic knowledge of occupational health should be strengthened. Particular attention should be paid to the training of staff with low education level and low age.
