顶岗实习是高职院校一项非常重要的校企合作项目,而顶岗实习期间的党建工作是解决顶岗实习中遇到的问题的有效手段,也是高校党建工作的重要内容。本文立足于分析高职院校的顶岗实习工作出现的各种问题表象及出现原因,提出解决实际问题的党建工作应采取的做法,作为高职院校开展顶岗实习党建工作的借鉴。
The internship of posts is a very important cooperation project between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges. The party building during internship is an effective way to solve the problems encountered in internship, and also an important content of the party building in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the appearance of the various problems and the reasons that arise in the internship of internships in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the practices to be taken by the Party-building work to solve practical problems and serves as a reference for higher vocational colleges to carry out internship construction.
