体育教学仅仅依靠老师的传授是远远不够的。作为体育教师,在学校体育改革实践中,应进行积极的探索,有效地激发学生体育学习和锻炼的热情,提高体育学习和锻炼的效果,才能适应社会发展的需求,从而培养学生的终身体育意识。
Physical education teaching alone rely on the teacher is not enough. As a physical education teacher, active exploration should be carried out in the practice of school physical education reform to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for physical education and exercise effectively and to enhance the effect of physical education and physical exercise so as to meet the needs of social development so as to cultivate their lifelong physical education awareness .
