7月24日,国务院决定从7月下旬开始,派出8个督查组,对16个省(市)贯彻落实国务院房地产市场调控政策措施情况开展专项督查。此次督查的重点是检查住房限购措施执行情况,差别化住房信贷政策执行情况,住房用地供应和管理情况,税收政策执行和征管情况。对落实房地产市场调控政策措施有偏差、不到位的,国务院督查组将督促进行整改。
On July 24, the State Council decided to start 8 special inspection teams starting from the end of July to carry out special inspections on the implementation of the State Council policies and measures on real estate market control in 16 provinces (cities). The focus of the inspection is to check the implementation of housing purchase measures, the implementation of differentiated housing credit policy, the supply and management of housing land, tax policy implementation and collection and management. The implementation of real estate market regulation and control policies and measures are deviated, not in place, the State Council inspectorate will supervise the rectification.
