中国造纸协会和中国造纸学会代表团一行15人在团长李有元、副团长黄润斌同志率领下,于1998年5月22日至6月7日先后访问了法国和芬兰,参观考察了8家造纸厂和造纸设备厂,参观了由芬兰造纸工程师协会主办的1998国际浆纸展览,访问了法国的Arjo Winggins公司和芬兰的JAAKKO POYRY公司总部,与芬兰造纸工程师协会主要领导人就开展芬兰造纸工程师协会和中国造纸学会的合作进行了充分的讨论,并初步拟定了合作项目。代表团成员主要是来自山东、广东、广西、新疆、黑龙江的有关企业的主要领导,对所参观工厂的先进技术和设备、先进的管理水平、高质量的产品和可观的经济效益无不留下深刻印象,开拓了眼界,学到了很多新的东西,收获很大。现将这次参观考察的内容简要总结如下:
A delegation of 15 members of the China Paper Association and the China Paper Association headed by Comrade Li Youyuan and deputy head Huang Runbin led a visit to France and Finland from May 22 to June 7, 1998. They visited 8 paper mills. The factory and papermaking equipment factory visited the 1998 International Pulp and Paper Exhibition organized by the Finnish Association of Paper Engineers, visited Arjo Winggins of France and the head office of JAAKKO POYRY in Finland, and started the Finnish Association of Paper Engineers with the main leaders of the Finnish Paper Engineers Association. The full cooperation with the China Paper Association has been discussed and preliminary cooperation projects have been drafted. Members of the delegation are mainly leaders from relevant companies in Shandong, Guangdong, Guangxi, Xinjiang, and Heilongjiang. They have left a deep impression on the advanced technology and equipment, advanced management, high-quality products, and considerable economic benefits of the factories visited. Impression has opened up the field of vision, learned a lot of new things, and gained a lot. The contents of this visit are briefly summarized as follows:
