１９９０ 年以后， 松辽流域中央直属水库移民的“吃水难、行路难、种地难、上学就医难”等遗留问题引起国家重视，开始下达专项资金解决移民生产生活问题。目前松辽委归口管理的移民遗留问题的水库有１０座， 现有水库移民近３５万人。文中叙述了近１０ 年松辽流域水库移民工作成就及水库移民工作取得的主要经验， 库区经济已走上良性发展道路， 但移民工作仍存在许多问题， 以待解决。同时还对新时期移民工作做了展望。
After 1990, the remaining problems of the “reserve draughts, difficulties in roads, difficulties in planting land, and difficulties in attending school” of the directly subordinated reservoirs in the Songliao River Basin caused the attention of the state and began to issue special funds to solve the problem of production and life of immigrants. At present, there are 10 reservoirs that have been managed by the Songliao Committee to solve the problems left by immigrants, and nearly 350,000 people have been resettled by existing reservoirs. The paper describes the achievements of reservoir resettlement in the Songliao River Basin in the past 10 years and the main experiences gained in the reservoir resettlement work. The economy in the reservoir area has embarked on a benign development path, but there are still many problems in immigration work that need to be resolved. At the same time, it also looked into the new period of migration work.
