大城大参1井煤层甲烷地面开发已获得工业气流,这是我国煤层甲烷地面钻井开发最为成功的实验。大城石炭二叠系煤层理深小于1800m的分布面积达1000km2,煤层分布稳定、厚度大、煤质好,属气煤和肥煤,吨煤甲烷含量达10.79m3,煤岩割理较发育,煤层顶底板以泥岩为主,是一资源量达3000×108m3的煤层甲烷气田。开采煤层甲烷的关键是钻井采用低钻压、低转速、低泵压、小排量,转盘转速平稳和均匀送钻,选用适应于煤层保护、低密度、小失水的钾胺基聚磺钻井液。对于煤层埋深大且层数多的煤层气开发,选用套管完井、射孔、加砂压裂、平稳连续抽排工艺,将煤层甲烷解析出来并达到工业气流。最后建议建立大参1井非组实验,以获得更大的效益。
Dacheng Daginseng 1 coal seam methane ground development has obtained industrial airflow, which is the most successful experiment of coal seam methane ground drilling in China. The Permo-Carboniferous coal seam in the Great Wall covers an area of less than 1800m and its distribution area is 1000km2. The coal seam is stable in distribution, thick in thickness and good in coal quality. It belongs to gas coal and fat coal with a methane content of 10.79m3 per ton of coal, The top and bottom of coal seam are mainly mudstone, which is a coalbed methane gas field with a resource of 3000 × 108m3. The key to coal seam methane exploitation is drilling with low drilling pressure, low rotational speed, low pumping pressure, small displacement, steady and uniform rotating speed of the turntable, and the selection of potassium-based poly-sulfosilicic drilling suitable for coal seam protection, low density and small water loss liquid. For CBM with large burial depth and multi-layer coal seam, casing completion, perforation, sand fracturing and smooth continuous extraction are adopted to resolve the methane in coal seam and achieve industrial gas flow. Finally, it is suggested to establish a non-group experiment of Danshen 1 well to obtain more benefits.
