上海市第十二届人民代表大会常务委员会第七次会议审议了市人民政府提出的《上海市建筑市场管理条例修正案(草案)》,决定对《上海市建筑市场管理条例》作如下修改: 一、第三条第一款中的“上海市建设委员会”修改为“上海市建设和管理委员会”。
The Seventh Session of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth People’s Congress in Shanghai examined the Amendment to the Shanghai Construction Market Management Regulations (Draft) proposed by the Municipal People’s Government and decided to make the following changes to the Shanghai Construction Market Management Regulations: 1. The “Shanghai Construction Committee” in the first paragraph of Article 3 is amended to “Shanghai Construction and Management Committee”.
